History of Interlink Recruiting

Interlink Recruiting was founded in the late 1990’s, just at the time the Internet was exploding. Interlink Recruiting was one of the only recruiting firms at the forefront of the Internet revolution. It was hard to keep up with the demand for talented individuals needed by the myriad of new technology companies being formed.

eBay was demanding much of Interlink’s time, and word go out that Interlink was able to find  great candidates for eBay and other start-ups. Soon companies other than Hi-Tech companies were asking Interlink to find employees for them.
